Day 7 Walking in and out of two stores like a pro!

 



This was a week of learning to say the least!

Today I had a protein packed smoothie (protein powder yeay)
Stuffed "meat"balls, brown rice, gravy and vegetables.
Tortilla with very spicy refried beans, taco"meat", onions, corn, vegan cheese
Brownie bite, dark chocolate and a piece of candy.

Yesterday I went through my expenses for the past 3 months. And with that in mind I went into not only one but two stores and only got what I was supposed to. A safety hatch for a door and cat food! 

So 1 week down and most of my frozen leftovers are gone from the freezer! I never thought this day would happen to be honest. From now on it will be a little more difficult, not impossible but a little more challenging. Oh and I have to get more vegetables!

I thought I had a full box in the freezer but it turned out to be mostly fruit and chanterelles. I just have a small amount of corn and that's it! Oh and the mixed vegetables I had the other day. They are gone and will never enter my house again. I don't like to throw food out but it was a reason for why that bag was still in the freezer.
